Step Ahead Crackers Recipe
We love making these bite-sized snacks at Step Ahead. Healthy, delicious and great fun to make. Below is our recipe for fool proof crackers.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 100g of seeds of your choice (we use seasame, pumpkin, sunflower, chia and linseeds)
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup water
Method:
- Mix all of the ingredients together
- Divide the mixture into 3 lots
- Place each lot between two sheets of baking paper on a tray
- Roll the mixture flat, remove the top sheet of baking paper and leave flat mixture on tray
- Mark into squares
- Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 10-12 minutes
- Cool and eat
